Initial Consultation

Our team contacts you within 48 hours to discuss your specific needs, preferred times, and whether you want rostered regular visits, on-call backup support, or a combination of both.

We document your preferences, routines, communication style, and any specific requirements. This ensures every team member who visits you understands exactly how you like things done.

Start Receiving Support

    Frequently Asked Questions

    How quickly can someone come if I need urgent help?
    Our response times vary by location and current team availability, but we prioritise urgent requests and aim to reach you as quickly as possible. For rostered appointments, you can book ahead to guarantee availability at your preferred time.
    Our minimum appointment is 15 minutes of actual support time. However, you can request anything from 15 minutes up to 55 minutes depending on what you need. Remember that a 30-minute travel time charge applies to each visit.
    Whilst we can’t always guarantee the same team member due to our mobile drop-in model and roster rotations, we do our best to maintain consistency where possible. All our staff are trained to the same high standard and have access to your support preferences.
    Our overnight service runs 6pm-6am and daytime service operates 6am-2pm, giving you coverage for 20 hours daily. If you need support outside these windows, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
    We’re expanding our coverage across Australia including regional areas. Service availability depends on your specific location. Contact us with your postcode and we’ll let you know if we currently service your area or when coverage is expected.
    Yes, we understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible – ideally 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. This helps us reallocate our teams efficiently. Contact us as soon as you know you need to make changes.
    If your NDIS plan includes funding for assistance with daily living, personal care, or community participation, our services can typically be covered. We can help you understand which budget categories apply. You’ll need to be plan-managed or self-managed to access our services.
    Our team members will do their best to assist with your needs. If additional time is required beyond what was rostered, they’ll discuss this with you. You’ll only be charged for the actual time provided, plus the standard travel time component.
    We can invoice your plan manager directly if you’re plan-managed, or invoice you if you’re self-managed or privately funding. Payment terms and methods will be discussed during your registration process. We provide detailed invoices showing exactly what time was provided.
    All our team members hold current First Aid and CPR certifications, NDIS Worker Screening clearances, and complete comprehensive disability support training including manual handling, medication assistance, personal care, and communication strategies. Many also have additional specialised qualifications.
